Defense Barrier for Rapid Perimeter Protection, Flood Control, and Temporary Works

Defense barriers are collapsible welded mesh units lined with geotextile and filled on site with sand, soil, or aggregate. They can be deployed quickly to create protective walls, traffic separation, or emergency flood control lines.

They are suitable for temporary camps, checkpoints, industrial sites, road works, and disaster response areas. Cell size, panel height, fabric grade, coating, and connection accessories can be selected for the expected fill and deployment method.

Product Advantages
  • Rapid deployment: Designed around rapid deployment to match key engineering needs more directly.
  • Flexible deployment: Suitable for temporary, emergency, or staged control scenarios with easy site adjustment.
  • Expandable layout: Can be connected continuously or arranged by zone to meet different perimeter needs.
  • Custom specifications: Size, material, surface treatment, and accessories can be adjusted by drawings or project requirements.
  • Easy maintenance: Clear structure supports later inspection, local replacement, and routine maintenance.
Structure

Defense Barrier consists of welded mesh frames lined with geotextile, connected by spiral binders or hinge joints. The units can be folded for transport and rapidly deployed; once filled with sand, gravel, or similar material, they form a protective wall against impact, fragments, and temporary security threats.

Working Principle

Defense Barrier works by confining fill material inside welded mesh frames and geotextile liners to create a thick protective wall. Once filled with sand or gravel, the mass, particle friction, and deformation absorb impact energy and reduce risks from fragments, blast effects, and vehicle impact.
