PE/PVC Coated Gabion Mesh for Wet, Coastal, and Corrosive Environments

PE/PVC coated gabion mesh adds a polymer protective layer over the metal wire to improve corrosion resistance in humid, saline, or chemically exposed areas. The coating helps protect the wire during long-term contact with water, soil, and stone fill.

Structure

PE/PVC Coated Gabion Mesh uses galvanized or Galfan wire as the core and adds a PE or PVC protective coating before weaving into double-twisted hexagonal mesh. The metallic layer and polymer coating work together to protect stone-filled structures in humid, saline, or exposed environments.

Working Principle
